Both rooms have a good space for us to exhibit in but the corridor may be a little bit narrow if we are going to use the walls to do something attached to them if there are many people passing trough at the same time.
In both rooms there are plugs, air conditions, windows, ventilations, a number of plugs, covered and uncovered wires and a big monitor. Also in the corridor, there are plugs on each rooms' door. In the 3D studio there as also a small "tunnel" in the middle of the room.
After taking photos of the rooms and corridor were our class is going to exhibit, I also started to look back and take note at what we worked on during this year, the projection mapping was the best project that we did as a whole class.
I really liked the origami projection mapping (part of the research I did above) which was done by projection light onto 3D canvases which was created using sheets of A4 paper folded into pyramids onto which he projected light resulting in an interesting organic effect.
We can paint both rooms and the corridor in white or place a white canvas on the walls and also on the ceilings and floor . To use origami projection mapping through out both rooms and the corridors and also for the entrance of the rooms and the corridor by creating different shaped triangles one by one near each other using any material that we like which has to be in white color.
Larger triangles can be used to place our print projects such as our thesis. Light on these big triangles can be projected non-stop with the same color so it won't effect the work placed on it while on the smaller triangles we can project some different colors and animations.
