Task 3. Group Work.
I chose to be in the Promotional Strategy department.
In the department we are:

We stated out with idea generation, and came up with the idea to sell exhibition branded key-chains for a cheap donation, and the money gained will be donated to someone in need. This way others will say that we are helping others, and this would be a good promotion for us too. We had in mind to do key chain and bracelets only, since on the opening night people will buy something which they can carry in their pocket or handbag, but will not stay through the whole exhibition with a mug or t shirt in their hand. Also the key chain and bracelet is portable, a mug would probably stay at their homes only.

Then we decided that we all should find contacts of tv and radio stations where we could advertise. Myself, Yanica and Nicholas contributed so in our facebook group. I also shared the one tv and one radio, and newsbook and rtk radio price rates, since I gathered those for Task 2 when I was taking care of the advertising part in Barbra team.
Then we also discussed different printing shops so that we can print on items, to personalize them with our exhibitions brand.

Meeting: 8th May 2014
Idea 1: Animation Viral Video
- Exhibition process within each animation
- animation playing with our video + few seconds from the class' process, going on
Idea 2: Football Tournament
- Fundraising - Food/ Drinks/ Ice Creams
- Football fee (Deposit first) (50 eur per team? price depending on final plan)
- 5-Aside - to gain more teams
- people from all around malta will attend( not only mcast students)
- facebook promotion, each person that will enter the ground will be given a leaflet / invite to our exhibition.
- 16+ only
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS (to avoid hassle on injuries)
- We are aiming for at least 16 teams at least
- Pay ground, kiosk closed / kiosk open, ground free / percantage

- we should create an event page, since we are not allowed to create our own facebook page. we will keep the event page from today for example till the end of the exhibition, and hence all people that are in our event will get news feed updates for our events.

- Food hampers from Smart ect
