Team Members:
Kimberly Micallef
Lara Formosa
Lorraine Vella
Matthew Dalli

Shirley Mallia
Pros:
1. A name such as ‘Flavours’ is not direct but the message is clear
2. Unites all the courses
3. ‘Flavours’ created a brand for every course that exhibited their work
4. Promotional videos that creates suspense (Viral Videos)
5. Facebook must be continuously updated with photos & videos of progress
6. Live streaming of the exhibition
7. Press Conferences – however these need to be done at least a month before for good publicity
Cons:
1. No official photographer and if there was, it wasn’t known. It’s better to include the HND Photography courses as main photographers of the event
2. No communication between the organizers and the rest of the school, including teachers.
3. Confirmation of the exact setup, events was not confirmed from the start, especially the bands during the Revolution Exhibition
4. Multiple brandings – This needs to be clarified right from the start on how the branding is going to be
5. Boring talks and too long, not relative to the school or the exhibition
6. Logo – some logos and typography didn’t send a clear message of what the exhibition meant/provided
7. No or little importance is given to important events during the exhibition. A schedule must be issued
8. Fashion show needs to a separate event, not part of the opening speeches/projection mapping
9. No proper way finding systems implemented.
Some Suggestions & Queries
1. Emails need to be sent regularly to the people in charge per course about the set-up, changes and is there a possibility to provide an award for a particular course exhibition? This might help in motivation
2. Include a wow factor in every course exhibition, not just portfolios for instance
3. Wheelchair accessible needs promotion
4. Live Streaming on National Television
